In order to open and work with your own models, you will need to have an active SketchUp Pro or SketchUp Studio subscription. SketchUp Viewer for VR is designed to give you the ability to freely launch the app and explore any demo files that are included. To learn more about Trimble Accounts you can visit our Help Center article on the subject. As such, you will also need to create a Trimble Account–if you haven’t already. Both the My Apps page, and the SketchUp Viewer app itself require you to Sign In to use the application.
In addition to the VR device and your desktop computer, the setup process requires downloading and installing the SketchUp Viewer for VR app from the My Apps page when signed in to.
